How the Mart Works: You Make It
The Arterrarium
Make works on site in the arterrarium to add to the show. Art, writing, music, dance, performance, lectures, you name it - we welcome it as long as it responds to the theme. Stop by anytime during mart hours to get to work. Or or email us at frankenart (at) gmail (dot) com to make an arterrarium appointment (for performances, complex, or long-term projects). Free and open to all!

Trash Enclosure Design
Contest
We need a cheap enclosure made from scraps and recycled parts for our trash bins on the sidewalk, so we're having a design contest. To enter, please submit your design including materials selection and proposed construction process along with an approximate budget via mail or email by October 1.
Designs will be judged for secure access, attractiveness, creativity, durability, and cheapness. The winning design will be built and installed in front of the mart. Questions should be addressed to Reuben Reyes, Frankenart Project Manager.
